Shipping & Returns
For shipping within Australia, we are currently using a system based on the total value of your order in order to simplify order processing. Our website will assign your order a maximum shipping charge according to the following table:

The great majority of orders end up being substantially reduced once we've packaged and weighed your items. (We use Australia Post for all our shipping.) If you'd prefer to approve an exact quote first, simply leave us a comment when you check out. Bulky items (such as tapestry floor frames and framed pieces) will still be quoted on an individual basis via e-mail. Please contact us if you have any questions. For international postage, we will still be providing individual quotes via e-mail for each order depending on size, weight, destination, and package class. Any international payments will not be processed until the shipping and handling quote has been accepted by the customer. Returns can only be processed when accompanied by the store docket/receipt. In the case of defective items, we will be happy to replace it or refund the purchase price. We do not refund if you simply change your mind, purchase the wrong item, or purchase too many items. (Please see the Office of Fair Trading website for more details.) In those instances we can exchange the items or supply you with a store credit note you can use whenever you choose. Please note that we do not refund or exchange on charts, patterns, cut fabrics, and knitting needles.
